This study offers a french original translation and a comparative study of two Yemeni Laws: the Yemeni Association Act of 2001, and its executive decree of 2004. It contributes to a better understanding of the legal settings that have framed the development of the Yemeni Association Movement in the 2000s, after its first boom following the institution of the multiparty system in 1990.
