Sociologue et politiste, spécialiste en relations internationaux. Sa recherche porte sur l’engagement culturel et l’activisme politique des femmes et des jeunes, sur les relations entre pouvoir et société civile dans le Golfe, et sur les mouvements sociaux entre le Moyen Orient et l’Amérique Latine.
